Bought a used car from this Porsche dealership, dealt with a gentleman called Alistair who was probably the best car dealer I have ever dealt with He was very accommodating and courteous And even though we were buying a used car, he treated us like we were buying a brand new vehicle . Will definitely be back for business.

I don't normally do reviews but as customer service is so lacking in this Country at the moment I feel it's important to recognise good service when you get it. I have had several dealings with the Ferndown site and have always found everyone there to be really helpful, very friendly staff on Reception and in the sales department Olly and Jason have been great. More recently in the service department I must mention Cavan who has been extremely helpful, nothing is too much trouble. I have been impressed with this branch and recently recommended a friend who has now purchased a vehicle from them.

Problem with my Targa Roof, the car was seen straight away by the team and the service point of contact Sam F was second to none, kept me in the loop and ensured that the car was fixed and ready for collection in an immaculate condition... well done Porsche and in particular Sam, a credit to the company.

Took delivery of my new car yesterday the team from start to handover were so helpful and professional starting with receptionists to Seb my sales person, meeting with sales manager nothing was or is too much trouble for their customers, they even gave my 2 sons a gift each, Seb took time to do a perfect handover of my new car, and even found time to talk to my 12 year old about the other cars in the Porsche range from classics to new. The hospitality and welcome you receive is amazing and I truly believe itās not because I was there to buy, The ladies and gents have a genuine passion about the cars and want to share it. 24hrs later I had a quick call to ensure I was happy with the car and if I needed anything else so aftercare is fantastic I have even been invited back for a coffee at any point! Thank you Seb and team first class faultless service !

During this visit I had an unexpected personal related issue which required a vehicle and I cannot thank the staff enough for their support and help, especially Angie and Jason!
