Emma was a great help when buying the mini gp3, Even more so when I know I'm Difficult to deal with as being in the motor trade myself. The other staff also checking if I needed help when visiting is always good when I have been to other dealers and not getting spoken to.

It was such an easy and enjoyable experience. Ian made buying my new car a simple decision - fell in love with it at first site when I gave him (a very VERY vague) idea of what I was after. Thank you so much!

I went this week for the first time since I brought my Clubman which was being recalled for a particular safety check. I asked them to service it at the same time as it was due a service. I was met by George. What a lovely, helpful, smiley face of the company he is. They had my car in for 24 hours in the end, during which time I had a lovely courtesy car provided, George was exceptional from the moment I dropped my car off until I collected it. He called me when he said he would, got the car ready for when we had agreed, discussed work that needed to be done without every pressurising me, everything was done to my convenience and the work carried out seamlessly. He is an exceptional asset to Mini Reading...every company needs a George.

Edwin and Luca have been fantastic from start to finish, noticed a small blemish on the paintwork and they have asked me to drop it off and will deal with it. We collected our new mini cooper electric yesterday. Ian Kelly is an absolute star the handover was seamless from the start to finish nothing was to much trouble ,we never felt pressured at any time. And if Ian ever comes up for adoption we would gladly have him. Superb salesman, Liz and Ian Taylor.

The Reading Mini sale team was very helpful, very good customer service, friendly and well informed throughout the whole purchase, You can tell that they are trying to help you find a better car with a better deal... Specially Emma and Luca. Compare to North Oxford Mini the sale girl Katie 'Lied' to me that my deposit was refundable if I changed my mind tomorrow, we are not nasty! End up I lost £1000 deposit because I trusted her word.

Service is good overall, staff are friendly and helpful, good deals are offered, minimum bureaucracy and unnecessary paperwork, vehicle handed to buyer in good condition. However, deadlines are not always observed, phone calls are not always returned. Hence 4 stars instead of 5.

Delivered car at 9.00am. Was informed someone would contact me to check details etc. I chased this call at approx. 12.30. At 2.30 someone called but left message as I wasn't available. I contact the dealership again after 3.00. My car was ready for collection at 5. Just felt neglected at the start of the day as I wanted to discuss the service details with someone.

George in the service team was great very happy with everything
