So after a really bad experience at another Mercedes dealership (LIVERPOOL) I decided to give mercedes warrington a call last week and spoke with chris from sales after going through the details of what i wanted to purchase he went through everything with me and explained what he had found unfortunately at the time the price was just above my budget he said he would keep me updated if anything else became available so I said if things change I would be intouch. so today 5th april 2024 i decided to call into Mercedes warrington to speak with chris who was out of the showroom instead i was welcomed by a young lady called Cora who couldn't do enough for me she said i can help me until chris arrives back if that's ok which i was fine with I once again went through of what I wanted cora went through everything with me in a very professional way not once did i feel pressured or pushed into purchasing something i didnt want we talked for a couple of hours chris arrived back at the showroom and was also very welcoming and helped cora with some details once everything was talked about we finally agreed on a fantastic price for our new family car CLA 180 AMG LINE EXECUTIVE COUPÈ Special thankyou Chris & Cora they are both a credit to the team and the company 👏🏻

Amazing service from Dan C, at the Warrington branch. There was no pressure from him, and he was super patient when I kept changing my mind on which model I wanted to go for. He was really knowledgable with all the cars gadgets and gizmos, and was great at explaining and showing how to work everything! His photography skills were also pretty good 🤣 Thanks so much for an amazing experience from start to finish 🤩
