With Mercedes Benz the annual service of the car becomes an interesting and task to do. With my service plan, the dealer arranges for the car to be picked by one of their staff from my house in the mid-morning and brings it back to my house when it is done about the mid-afternoon. How convenient is this? In addition, the health check is thorough and reliable and they give a written report plus a recorded video tailored for your car. Overall, the service is excellent.

The 2 guys that I seen on my arrival was very excellent. If they can get bonus from this review then please give them that. I didn’t feel robbed for my money and in fact they made sure I saved instead of purchasing what I don’t need. Top star

What more can you ask for? You ring up get put through to the parts department and get a polite chap on the other end, ask if delivery to Leicester would be ok and yes all good, ordered my parts and all sorted. Total time 2 minutes, took 7 minutes to get anyone to answer the phone at Leicester and then get transferred to the main reception with an abrupt receptionist, should take a leaf off of this dealership, I will use you for all my parts from now on. Many thanks.

My car went for a recall and a computer update was only in for about 2hours only thing I was disappointed with was that they had attempted to wash my car half heartedly if your going to wash a customers do it properly if not dont do it
