I arrived at the time specified for my recall to be fixed on my car, only to find that when I tried to check in my appointment had not been confirmed, even though I came to the dealership to book it. Somebody did help me, and the car was seen too but not at the specified time. When I returned to collect it, I had to wait more than 20 minutes, before anyone noticed I was waiting. This was disappointing, although once I had attracted the attention of someone, they can and brought my keys ready for me to leave

Bear in mind that although the title says "Mercedes-Benz and smart of Cheshire Oaks", they don't actually sell smart cars and there are none in the showroom, it's service-only at this location.

Having recently decided to upgrade my car from an Audi Q3 to a Mercedes, I visited the Cheshire Oaks dealership and was introduced to Marc. I’d gone in with the intention of looking at an A series however Marc explained they had a specific offer on which meant I could afford a CLA. He sorted a test drive for me and I was sold as soon as I drove the car. But this is when the amazing experience really started. I was introduced to the dealership manager and the area director, which made me feel extra special. When I picked my car up, Marc went through all of the features of the car, which are absolutely amazing! Nothing has been too much trouble for any of the staff there. Their hospitality and assistance is 2nd to none.! I will most definitely be a returning customer - thank you to Marc, Paul, Aaran & everyone for a truly fantastic car buying experience.
