I attended Lexus Nottingham to view an RC which I was interested in. The lady on Reception very kindly made me a coffee and directed me to a comfy seat while I waited for Long Do, the Sales Exec. He took me through the process of viewing and test driving the car in a very friendly, patient and efficient manner. I never felt rushed or pressurised, and, after consultation with the impeccably pleasant Business Manager, we were able to reach agreement on a deal in a thoroughly amicable way. A good experience in a smart and well maintained environment (notwithstanding the overcrowded car park common to all dealers these days!)
