Fantastic overall experience with Lexus Leceister from start to finish. My experience purchasing an IS300 was amazing and our sales executive Phillip Litchfield provided us with an outstanding standard of care and he provided us with update throughout the whole process and made the overall experience of purchasing our Lexus stress free and enjoyable. I was greeted by Richard in the service department and he confirmed all the work to be carried out. A nice cup of coffee was also provided. I was also sent a video link of the inspection carried out and received a call to advise it was ready for collection. All requested items had been attended to and the car was washed and cleaned so it looked like new. Thanks.
