Entered the showroom today purely to take a look at replacement options for my current Mercedes GLC. Met Katherine that was absolutely fantastic, Really lovely to interact with and totally on the ball! I’ve been to other dealerships (Volvo and Mercedes) and their salespeople couldn’t even be bothered to say “Hello” let alone being asked what I’m looking for and taking just a few minutes to go through options. Until today, I thought id decided that Volvo would be my replacement but now I’m rethinking this as I love the brand and the service so far has been far superior. I’ll definitely carry on discussing options and hope we can sort something (I LOVE the NX) for September.

The service provided by Lexus Leicester and Waqar in particular was top notch.I have to say this guy super friendly nothing was too much for him.The branch and all the staff members were most welcoming.This is what I call great customer service.

Had a great experience when I took my car in for a MOT. Car was done by the time specified and was cleaned in and out as well. I waited while the MOT was being done and the waiting area was comfortable and was offered a hot drink and biscuit. No compliants!
