The staff was incredibly supportive, attentive, and polite during my recent visit for car servicing.I appreciated the innovative approach to customer service, where a video link was sent to me during the service appointment. Through this video, the mechanic showcased the underside of my car, explaining the condition of the braking pads, discs, and tires. This level of transparency was impressive and reassuring.While I would have liked to see the process of component replacement during the service, I found booking a slot to be easy and convenient. When my car was returned, it was not only serviced but also cleaned and washed—a nice touch that I appreciated. The payment process through a link was a bit confusing initially, but the staff patiently guided me through it, ensuring a smooth transaction. The showroom boasts an impressive display of new Lexus models, with ample parking space that even accommodates electric vehicles. Overall, my experience at Leicester Lexus was as good as Lexus should be—professional, customer-focused, and with attention to detail. Nice dealership. But selling add on’s that you can’t have is disgusting. The car I purchased was 2013 model. Asked by them if I wanted to take Club Smartguard. Paint and alloy cover. Great idea. 0% over 12 months for 3 years cover. There was a scratch on the passenger door, it seems to of gone, which I was told, it rained, scratch returned. Thought no problem I will get CSG repair. Only after 5 days of buying the car, I receive an email, saying I can’t have CSG due to the car being over 10 years old. Wft do these people not know how old the cars they are that they’re selling or which dealership extras you can purchase. Not even a phone call and apology, just an email. Thanks Lexus, like most dealerships, only interested if you’re buying a new car with 40 to 50k. So disgusted with salesman and dealership. Not on at all, when you work hard to save up for a car. 13/03/24. Thank you for going above a beyond for getting the CSG on my vehicle. Thanks for taking the car back to resolve my issues. Phil remained polite and professional. A pleasure to do business with an honest outstanding salesman. This was the first time my wife and I visited the Leicester Lexus Dealership on Abbey Lane and I have to say that the overall experience was outstanding. Hiten hosted us throughout our visit leaving us to view the various models without pressure and even arranging for an impromptu test drive on a busy Saturday. Nothing was too much trouble for Hiten and he was an absolute delight to deal with. Over the years my experience of visiting car dealerships has not been great but this was altogether a very different and much more positive and enjoyable experience. Thank you too Meegan, for the much needed refreshments during our 2 hours (which actually flew by!). If I buy a Lexus, and I am seriously considering doing so, it will be from this dealership and from Hiten. This is a quality business offering a quality product and I sense that any aftercare and support would be to the very same exceptional standard.

I bought a NX from Lexus Leicester. All the staff were warm and welcoming to us there. I feel lucky to have been dealt with by Waqar and Benjamin as they were fantastic throughout the whole journey. I got a really good deal from them, and they were willing to sort out all my problems. I highly recommend them as you can see the difference if you have experienced any other.
