This was the first time my wife and I visited the Leicester Lexus Dealership on Abbey Lane and I have to say that the overall experience was outstanding. Hiten hosted us throughout our visit leaving us to view the various models without pressure and even arranging for an impromptu test drive on a busy Saturday. Nothing was too much trouble for Hiten and he was an absolute delight to deal with. Over the years my experience of visiting car dealerships has not been great but this was altogether a very different and much more positive and enjoyable experience. Thank you too Meegan, for the much needed refreshments during our 2 hours (which actually flew by!). If I buy a Lexus, and I am seriously considering doing so, it will be from this dealership and from Hiten. This is a quality business offering a quality product and I sense that any aftercare and support would be to the very same exceptional standard.

I bought a NX from Lexus Leicester. All the staff were warm and welcoming to us there. I feel lucky to have been dealt with by Waqar and Benjamin as they were fantastic throughout the whole journey. I got a really good deal from them, and they were willing to sort out all my problems. I highly recommend them as you can see the difference if you have experienced any other.

Mubeena what a talented young lady you guys have, she was excellent very professional and she cared about me and the brand, when I picked up my car their where a few issues which should be have fixed, she reassured me that these issues will be fixed and she gave me a loan car ans kept me informed daily on the progress, I brought a Jaguar and after this service I will definitely buying another Lexus well done

Top quality service - Malcolm saw to me and was thorough in his breakdown of the service just conducted and was apologetic that they couldn't wash the car due to frozen pipes but insisted I bring it when passing for a clean! This is why I love the Lexus brand!

Entered the showroom today purely to take a look at replacement options for my current Mercedes GLC. Met Katherine that was absolutely fantastic, Really lovely to interact with and totally on the ball! I’ve been to other dealerships (Volvo and Mercedes) and their salespeople couldn’t even be bothered to say “Hello” let alone being asked what I’m looking for and taking just a few minutes to go through options. Until today, I thought id decided that Volvo would be my replacement but now I’m rethinking this as I love the brand and the service so far has been far superior. I’ll definitely carry on discussing options and hope we can sort something (I LOVE the NX) for September.
