Went there to see a car which we eventually bought the following week. From Carl to Tim to Tom; all of these gentlemen whom we dealt with at different stages from test drive to booking to delivery were courteous and responsive. They gave us undevided attention and answered our queries promptly and satisfactorily. In simple terms, the people at this Lexus dealership certainly enhanced our perception of Lexus as a brand even more than we had of it. They are far away from where we live, so I hope that our local authorised service centre in Hillingdon maintains the perception.

Thank you Lexus Guildford for making the process of acquiring my latest Lexus, the IS 300h aka "Self Love" relatively smooth. Special thanks go to Rui Rodrigues, the Sales Executive that attended to me. My only disappointment was that you failed to get a driver to deliver the car on the agreed day so I had to brave the two hours public transport journey to pick it myself, and when I arrived there, there were no red birthday balloons either, thus the 4! Otherwise, I'm happy with my lovely birthday present to self and looking forward to many years of great service from my gorgeous "Self Love"! Kabirisi Hope
