Nathan is always friendly and helpful when I come for my service, and this time was no exception. Made me feel welcome and kept me updated with everything, even booking me in a health check in six months to keep an eye on some advisories.

After being totally ignored when visiting Stratstone, Lexus Derby came as a pleasant surprise. Roger was helpful and attentive and I had no hesitation in ordering a vehicle on my first visit

Delighted with the service from Lexus. Owen went above and beyond and is a credit to the company. The lovely receptionist made us hot chocolates and biscuits. Best experience we have ever had buying a car.

Owen has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish from initial phone call to the handover. Very professional and knowledgable about Lexus and even did a personal video tour of the car so I could share with the family which was a great service and very helpful.
