Got my first car here and it was a seamless and efficient process. I was assisted by Owen who was extremely helpful in answering my inquiries and facilitating the test drive. I also received a personalized video made by Ben who gave me a good insight on the model I had in mind prior to seeing the car in person.

Roger was fantastic when i ordered my new lexus UX 300e. He very quickly answered any of my queries by email while waiting for the car to be delivered and has been great after i collected my new car. I canāt praise him enough.

Last visit was to pick up our new car, by appointment. Always a lovely greeting and offer of drink/biscuit. Detailed explanation of new controls (and offer to return/ring if any questions arise). Overall a swift handover.

Nathan is always friendly and helpful when I come for my service, and this time was no exception. Made me feel welcome and kept me updated with everything, even booking me in a health check in six months to keep an eye on some advisories.
