We took our Range Rover Evoque to investigate an early service warning light. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very Covid safe.

Initially we felt that we were not dealt with in a customer friendly/centric way. We limped into dealership and was advised to drive off the premises and to call LR assist. Car was deemed by us as not safe to drive because of what happened, yet tjis was the advice given by the manager!! Once car was diagnosed, we had a better experience. 4 stars a bit generous by us.

The whole buying experience was made a pleasure having been looked after by Daniel, a very pleasant young man. No pressure and he did what he said he would do for every request I made. If I change my vehicle at Inchcape in the future I would request Daniel was my salesperson. The vehicle so far is an absolute dream.

I purchased the car just over three years ago, the team have always been excellent , I was having an issue with the new live maps, so I called up Richard Bertauche who works in the service / Warranty team, they agreed to look at the car and resolved the issue, nothing was too much trouble, I was communicated with fully, and knew all that was happening, all the latest Covid Rules were being followed, and I felt safe and looked after, thank you Richard for an excellent service once again.

I hardly write reviews but feel that credit where credit is due. I had my Freelander 2 serviced here together with some other bits that my car needed doing. They even went out of their way and sourced some special bolts needed to complete my side steps I had recently put on. Found it easy to book and all the staff that I came across were great.
