I never normally write reviews however I feel an exception must be made in this case. Over the years we have purchased a whole plethora of cars from their corresponding dealerships and this purchase exceeds all of the others bar-none! From the initial enquiry into the vehicle to collection was efficent and delightful. We made an initial enquiry about the vehicle on a Saturday morning and booked a test-drive for a mere couple of hours later. After traveling up to and arriving the dealership (and WOW! What an awe inspiring dealership it is!) we noticed that the car was right outside the front door with dealer plates on and was ready to go. Upon walking in we were greeted by a very polite receptionist who led us to the waiting area with a selection of drinks and snacks (the coffee is very good) and Clive met us there shortly afterwards and the rest is history. We would like to make a special mention to Clive as he truly did make this our most enjoyable and easy car purchase to date. His manner and demeanour was truly exemplary from his complete honesty and knowledge of the product and processes, there was nothing he didn't know and not being 'Pushy' in the slightest! It was refreshing to not have even a scintilla of disingenuousness or dishonesty throughout the entire process. From catering to our specific needs to answering our messages at ungodly hours. We wouldn't want to deal with anyone else when buying JLR vehicles and we will continue to contact Clive when it comes to new vehicles in the future. Just bought a Discovery Sport from Charlotte with such fantastic service from start to finish. Never felt pushed into buying any extras or finance. Charlotte was very friendly and answered all the questions i had, she was great with my daughter and i never felt out of place being there . Friendly, professional and knowledgeable salesman. Ian looked after me well during the process. There was a problem on collection day with paperwork meaning I couldn’t collect the car as planned. I was offered a loan vehicle instead which was appreciated.
