We were looking to purchase a new petrol Jaguar e pace and were somewhat disappointed to find that none were available as Jaguar moved more towards electric vehicles. Having looked at the Range Rover Evoque, and finding they had similarities and the same engine Edward looked for available vehicles. He found us the perfect car and we picked up our new Evoque yesterday. So far we do love it, but wonder if we’ll grow weary of the beeps when you go 1 mph above the speed limit! (It can be switched off!) The showroom is looking good after the refurbishment following the flood. The staff are most welcoming, from the reception ladies to the sales team. They always make sure you have a drink if you want one and generally make you feel welcome. Edward was very patient with us even when my husband went off at a tangent talking about all sorts instead of the job in hand. He sorted out everything for us from finance to retaining our cherished number plate. He talked us through every stage and was so helpful. On picking up the vehicle he spent a lot of time going through all the features on the car and how to use the controls on the screen. My husband in particular is a technophobe but Edward answered all our questions and we came away feeling we had a grasp of the system. Thank you Edward for helping us through the whole process.

My ageing Landrover has been having some issues with its brakes that have been difficult to diagnose. I recently purchased a Rover Rover Evoque from Inchcape Land Rover Derby because there was nothing available in the spec I wanted around Somerset. The whole process was complete and the car delivered within a week of making my reservation. Elenor went above and beyond with her customer service, even responding to emails out of hours (which wasn’t expected of her). She was incredibly helpful and so were the team in her absence. My only regret is that I didn’t get to meet her, being so far away. This car is my second biggest purchase and has been a dream for so long, so to find one that was exactly what I wanted, without compromises, was genuinely a dream come true.
