The 2yr service of my Jag F Pace was excellent with good feed back on the condition of the car. Since then I had to complete a survey on the performance of the service coordinator, a further one from Inchcape JLR York, this one, and it looks like another is in the pipeline. Surely one is enough?????

Bought a used car and was very happy the the experience, Andrew Ball was our sale representative and was very good and helpful. Got a good trade in for our old car (better than we buy any car). Only problem we had was we tried to call 4 times between choosing our car and picking it up and olny once got a call back. Not very professional and very annoying. Would have got 5*

Could'nt fault any part of the visit to yourselves. From Mathew introducing himself and the XJ to road testing and a week later to the collection of the vehicle. Thats how it should be. Regards Peter

A very pleasant experience, from initial contact with the dealership the service was to a very high standard with friendly informative staff. The reception staff made us feel welcome and provided refreshments before meeting Matthew Welch our dedicated salesperson, Matthew displayed excellent product knowledge and very good interpersonal skills which led to the purchase of our new vehicle
