Disappointed to be told only the day before the booked service that I had to pay£35 for my pool car - why not when I booked?!. Otherwise quite a good service

We came down to look at a second hand car which was described as mint by the salesman, when we viewed the car we found that the car has been in a shunt of some sort as the rear panel had loads of overspray and the rear light didn't fit very well which added to the suspicion that it's been bump. The second give away was the front bumper had a horrific amount of overspray aswell as the rear door. When we questioned the salesman about the car he said the car looked mint inside and that it must of been sprayed at BMW Thorne (CAT UK). A family member of mine use to work there and said that a car would not leave looking like that. We have since returned back to BMW Cooper Reading to find that the car has not been repaired and its just been put straight back up into the showroom. I do genuinely feel sorry for the person who buys it. From looking around the used cars it looks like they cannot be even bothered to attempt to polish the cars to make the look good. The only good thing about the dealership is that all new vehicles are the ones that get the care and attention. Would recommend getting better lighting in the used car area and please make attempt at making the used cars look good instead of them been full of scratches, muck and cobwebs.

My car went in for a service and MOT. Car was dropped off at 8:00. Asked if I could have the car back ASAP as I had to wait around the area as I am not local. All the work was done by 11:15. Very happy with service received. Thank you.
