Gary ( Head of Business ) and Mike ( general sales manager ) have given an exceptional level of service today. Through uncertain times, they are a credit to not only Audi but motor dealers everywhere. I live 150 miles away but will be happy to travel the distance for my mums next Audi purchase. I travel from Bristol to Tetbury and have previously always had a 5 star experience at this dealership. But not last time. My RS6 went for a diagnostic about 5 weeks ago because parts of the dashboard didn't work. I was told that it needed a particular part, specific to that specific car, and including fitting and VAT that would be about £1,600. I was also told that once the part was ordered, I'd have to pay even if I changed my mind. I was as OK as you can be in the circumstances. Shortly after the diagnostic the dash began working flawlessly again. I was still OK with going through with the work, so duly turned up for the job. I mentioned that I had a working dash, yet would happily proceed with the replacement, but I would like the item that came out so I could investigate what was going on in the electronics lab at work. I was told that it would cost me another £200 to take the part away. I decided not to throw more money at this, but was surprised no one at Audi was interested in diagnosing why such an expensive part can work sometimes, and not at other times. But, what finally hacked me off was that they didn't even clean my car. Other cars were in the cleaning booths but mine, after 6 hours at the dealership, hadn't even had a sponge. Given the rest of my experience that day, I didn't bother to mention it or complain. Can't say this was a positive experience.

After having various model Audi’s and now currently a VW, I have used Tetbury Audi for many many years. Normally only for parts as I do all my maintenance and repairs myself. Dan, Devin and Craig in Parts provide exemplary customer service and they have such great knowledge between them. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Jonathan, Aftersales Manager is also another asset to the team, polite and very efficient when I need to book my vehicle in for work. I would not hesitate to recommend them or even buy a vehicle from them in the future. Keep up the good work 👍
