The Big Event
The Big Event ran by the Motability Scheme themselves, previously known as the One Big Day Event, will be online for 2021. It offers the opportunity for you and your family to find out more about the scheme and ask any questions you have all from the comfort and safety of your own home.
You can look forward to online displays of the vehicles you could choose from on the scheme and experts will provide helpful information. You can use a live chat function to ask exhibitors all your questions.
We'd love to hear your experiences of the event and we're on hand to help talk through any queries you have around Motability following the event. Such as whether you are eligible for the scheme, the vehicles to choose from, advance payment options, how to apply, adaptations and modifications you can make and the options for carers.

Introduction To Motability
The Motability Scheme allows you to exchange all or some of your mobility allowance to lease a brand new car from a range of manufacturers. This means that a range of brand new cars may be more affordable than you think.
Most Motability leases last for 36 months or three years and the monthly payments are deducted from your higher rate mobility allowance and is paid directly to us making it simpler for you. All Motability leases are all inclusive so every running cost other than fuel is included.
Even if you do not or cannot drive, you can still benefit from the scheme and nominate three people to drive for you.
