The Queen's Green Canopy

Planting A Tree For Jubilee

Inchcape UK are proud to be supporting The Queen’s Green Canopy, a tree-planting initiative to mark her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee.

Our team will be planting trees across the UK throughout 2022, and as a Group we will also be contributing to the Woodland Trust in support of this initiative. This will help to create a green legacy of its own, with every tree planted bringing benefits now and for future generations.

What is The Queen’s Green Canopy?

To mark Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee, people across the UK are being invited to “Plant a Tree for the Jubilee” to enhance our environment through the official planting season and until the end of 2022.

The idea is to create a legacy in honour of The Queen and her 70 years of leadership, which benefits future generations. Every tree planted now will provide environmental rewards for people, wildlife and the climate.

In addition to planting trees, Inchcape UK are also contributing funds to the Woodland Trust, who are the UK’s largest woodland conservation canopy. The Trust will further celebrate the occasion by dedicating a network of 70 ancient woodlands across the UK and identify 70 ancient trees.

Tracking progress

We will keep our customers updated with progress throughout 2022 on this page and also through our social channels. In the meantime, if you would like to speak to your local dealership, you can do so by contacting your local dealership:
