Exceptional 2021 achievements from Inchcape Chelmsford MINI
The virtual awards ceremony recognised the best of the best in retail excellence for the brand, and saw Inchcape colleagues claim the top award for Retailer of the Year, thanks to their consistent performance on the balanced scorecard of ten different KPIs. In fact, they maintained a steady first place position for most of last year.
In addition to the top prize, they also won the Retail Sales Award, and were nominated for the Used Car award.
The Chelmsford team met up via video call to attend the event and were thrilled at being recognised for their hard work in a challenging year.
